Here’s how two of our employees describe the workplace:
” It is interesting and varied work tasks and patient groups, where you gain a lot of scientific development and understanding. What is unique about us is the preparedness; you are involved in almost the entire process, a 'hub' in the selection of patients/donors, and you really make a difference for another individual. The workgroup is a lovely, cheerful, and relaxed bunch that spreads good vibes and we support each other.”
” The best part of the role is that you work independently and have a great responsibility. You are involved in method development, can influence your work, and competence development is a focus.
